Building on the success of Neighborhood Lending Partners of Florida, we have opened an office in Georgia. Neighborhood Lending Partners of Georgia, Inc. is in its first year of operations and seeks to expand our loan consortium model.

Neighborhood Lending Partners of Georgia will provide construction and long term financing for LIHTC developments as well as provide financing for economic advancement opportunities throughout the State of Georgia with a special emphasis on rural areas.

Neighborhood Lending Partners of Florida is a CDFI and Neighborhood Lending Partners of Georgia will submitting an application for CDFI status as well.
