Hawthorne Park is a 120-unit Senior Apartment Complex. NLP provided a $4,000,000 Construction Participation Loan with Wells Fargo and a $4,000,000 Permanent Loan. This property is in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.
NLP provided a $2,600,000.00 permanent loan and a $354,000 Second Mortgage to build a 102-unit affordable housing seniors development. Auburn Village is in the city of Auburndale, in Polk County.
NLP has been awarded a $7,000,000.00 Capital Magnet Fund Grant!!!!!! This grant is not only considerably large in volume, it’s massive in the amount of impact that we can make not only in our local community but in Georgia communities as well.

NLP underwrote and closed a $2,000,000 loan on behalf of Orange County for Goldenrod Pointe Apartments, a 70 unit affordable apartment complex in Winter Park, Florida of which 20 percent of units are set aside for homeless individual and families to help them successfully transition to permanent housing.

NLP closed a $16.5 million LIHTC loan pool in December 2015 which, is already a tremendous success. The pool is almost fully subscribed, with a loan that will fully utilize the remainder of the pool currently under consideration.
