These units are reserved for seniors earning 60% of AMI with 10% of the units reserved for residents earning 33% of AMI. This premiere community is centrally located for easy access to major highways, shopping, recreation, local hospitals and is only minutes from downtown Tallahassee. Kenwood Place offers an active adult lifestyle to those 55+, along with maintenance free living.

Each floor plan features abundant cabinet space, a kitchen pantry, electric appliances to include a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove and full size washer and dryer.
