Westcare GulfCoast Florida, Inc. (The Mustard Seed Inn)

Neighborhood Lending Partners provided permanent financing for a transitional housing facility, for homeless veterans who suffer from alcohol, drug abuse and/or mental illness. The property is a 14,000 SF building, constructed in 1925, and has been renovated on several occasions. It contains 29 rooms providing housing as well as additional office and meeting space.

WestCare GulfCoast Florida is an affiliate of the WestCare Foundation. The Foundation was founded in 1973 as a tax exempt, non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors. The Foundation provides housing and social services. The mission of WestCare is "to empower everyone who comes into contact with us to engage in a process of healing, growth, and change that will benefit them, their families, their coworkers and their communities".
