Sea Grape Apartments is a 56 unit affordable housing complex located in Marathon, Florida. 12 units are set aside for families with incomes 30% or less of AMI, 11 units are set aside for families with incomes 45% or less of AMI and the remaining units are reserved for families with incomes less than 60% of AMI.
